In this work I made up a model of an electronic shop for the firm Vinařství Štěpán Maňák. I mean future possible competiton wiles and other barriers over implementation of the e-shop. Further I take to parts all needed steps that re important to think out and do ahead himself programmed business. The firm then herself decide, whether only pre-set e-commece on current pages or choose the other variant, that I prefer. That is to contact me recommended company, that will like cooperate with the firm and creates her wholy new and more attractive pages.

The Study of Using Process Management in a Business Organization

The bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to process management in the Horacke autodruzstvo, authorized vendor of the Skoda cars and operator of many other services. The thesis analyzes current status in the business and all processes relating to the sales of new cars and introduces strong and weak points of business. The concept of solving is trying to find a suitable optimization of chosen services and reduce costs. It also defines requirements of realization and benefits.

This dilemma is crucial for every company, because it has direct impact on its turnover and profit. The thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and practical part. The aim of the project is its practical use in a real company.
